If you're wanting a picture for a publication/paper, it must be paid for.

It's not in my budget to give free pictures for my efforts.
The paper/magazine make me pay for my ads, so the picrture must be paid for.

I have taken the time to get the picture, I spent the time and effort to get the picture for you.
They dont give free ads in the papers, I wont be giving pictures for free to be published.
If you want a photo sent to a magazine, publisher, you will be charged for it.

This policy includes ALL image uses including, but not limited to, vanity ads, congratulatory ads, sales ads. You will be charged an Electronic Submission Fee of $25 per image for this service. Commercial ads/usage are billed on a per use basis and are exempt from the Electronic Submission Fee, but will be billed accordingly.
