RULES FOR PICTURES FOR PUBLICATION OF ANY KIND: INCLUDING SCHOOL YEAR BOOKS, NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, FLYERS, SALE ADS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF COMMERCIAL USE.
Wanting a picture for a school publication, news paper publication, paper, commercial sale ads, sale ads, flyiers, or use it for any thing, (includes, poster, wall art, towels, pillows, ect)? This is considered commercial use, Someone is to pay for the use!. You need to purchase the image use. The price is listed on the ordering web site. So don't ask for me to "let you use it for nothing. Just because you "bought" the print. Its still my copyrighted work.

You may think its ok to do what you want to with the photo, because you purchased a photo. You don't own the coprights, I DO, per the FEDERAL Copyright laws. Read the copyright rules listed on my website.
It's not in my budget to give free pictures for my efforts. Or just because you don't want to buy the picture and expect me to turn the picture over to the publication
The paper/magazines/calendar publication they make me pay for my ads, so the picture(s) must be paid for.
I have taken the time to get the picture, I spent the money for the equipment to do my profession, and effort to get the picture for you.
They don't give free ads in the papers, I won't be giving pictures for free to be published, for a "photo credit". I take credit cards.
Banks don't take "Photo Credits" for payments.
If you want a photo sent to a magazine, publisher, you will be charged for it. The next time your boss ask's you to come to work, but you won't be paid for it, ask your self if you would like that? Same for me this is my profession not a hobbie.
If your a writer for a paper, Calendar or Magazine, ask this of your self. Someone askes you to write a great story, but all they will do for your efforts is just give you is just a "credit". Can you take that credit to the bank to pay on your student loan you may have, from the college you went to to learn how to write? Or to pay for your skills? Wouldn't you want paid? If you want mommieograher type of photos, go to them, they love to give things away free. I need paid for my services.

$75. 00 Half Page 1 publication 1 time
$125.00 Full page 1 publication 1 time
$250.00 Front or Back Page 1 publication 1 time
$ 60.00 per hour labor rate for building ads , art work Minimum 1 hour.
$250.00 per hour on photographic questions

Images will be emailed to publisher, all rights are to remain to Foto Cowboy. A photo release for the one time use will be mailed to you. Foto Cowboy Copyright info/logo MUST remain visible with the photo at all times. MANDITORY PHOTO Credit on the photo!
