1. You may say, But I bought the picture. But you cannot do what ever you want to with the picture, You cannot copy it, reproduce it in any manor. YOU DO NOT have that right. You bought a picture to display on your wall or desk or in your photo album. Not to make extra copies, or use in an ad or just because someone else may want a copy, and you dont want to buy it from me. Its Stealing. My Pictures are protected by the federal copyright laws of 1978. Plain and simple. And can NOT be posted on myspace or facebook, or web sites without written permission and a payment for such usage.
2. So its just a picture, it wont matter. WRONG!! Its Stealing, just like shoplifting. Its my paycheck.
3. By viewing and/or ordering these images you agree that they are the property of Kent Kerschner Photography -Foto Cowboy. Images are not to be used for any advertisement or promotional purposes or scanned or copied, without the expressed written consent of Kent Kerschner Photography - Foto Cowboy. This includes posting on myspace or facebook or web site, without WRITTEN PERMISSION, verbal permission is never issued or acceptable.
4. Possession of a photo or electronic image does NOT constitute the right to scan, copy, use a camera phone or any future means of copying or reproduce in any way without my expressed written consent from Kent Kerschner Photography/Foto Cowboy. Don't rationalize that you are helping out the copyright owner by advertising there work/images for free. I decide when and where I want to do my advertising and displaying of my images.
