YOU DO NOT have the right to copy, photograph scan, scan, reproduce in any manner, crop resize, put in fuzzy little hearts or smiley faces, manipulate, or do any type of editing to the photograph in any way. You DO NOT have the right to scan to put on Face book or Myspace or any commercial web site, or flyer of any type. YOU must pay for those commercial usage rights of the photo. I will continue to own the rights to all of my photos. I DO NOT turn over my rights. IF I find a picture I will send you a bill for 3 times the commercial usage for doing it without my WRITTEN PERMISSION!! Plain and simple.
