Court where violations are punishable by a fine of US $ 150,000 statutory damages
in addition to all court costs and attorneys' fees.

You say but you purchased the
picture, Yes you purchased the picture for your personal use to hang on the wall,
not the rights to freely copy it just because, lets say "grandma" wants
a copy. NO you do not have that right. You must purchase copies from me.
If you
feel the need to make a copy, DON'T. Its against the law to do so without MY written
permission.
